A product review of Zotero
Abstract (Summary)
This paper evaluates Zotero, a reference management software add-on for the Firefox browser. The evaluation looks at Zotero’s performance while installing the add-on, entering citations, organizing and retrieving citations, enhancing citations with snapshots and attachments, and using citations in papers and bibliographies from the perspective of a student using the tool to create bibliographies and citations and a researcher looking to organize their citation collection.
