The Observetions Ethnoformadores (OEF), instituted as devices methodologicalformatives,present other looks in/at continued formation of professors. Inhaled in the etnografic of hermeneutic and semiologics faceness, this study consisted of through interested the collaborative participation of professors in describing and reflecting concerning the multiple relative looks to the field, to the practical politics and of formation, from the comments, histories and personal/professional experiences produced in/between schools of basic education in the cities of Mutuípe and Salvador in the state of Bahia. This Thesis demonstrates, from the citizens, of the evoked subjects and problems by professors, the relevancy of new looks in theteaching formation, what it underlines the possibility to understand it as the slight knowledge of implication, multiculturalism and complexity.
