The purpose of this dissertation is to exame the human capital stock in Bahia State, Brazil, in the last decade on ninety years across utilization of the methodology that take two variables to analyses: schooling and experience. The estimation of human capital stock was done by returns rate projected form the time in that schooling returns on the way of gains or income and experience is represent by years of the work or age of the population. This model and specification have been intended form what others advanced centers are investigation this important question of the knowledge contemporaneous about literature of human capital and capital accumulation. The important aspect of this study is the fact of hard core conceptual was been aplicated in empirical investigation of the reality of human capital of Bahia, and having as goal and target approaches theoric-empirical of the mountain of human capital stock in regional plane of Bahia.
