Gênero e sexualidade nas diretrizes curriculares para a educação brasileira
This research, which is in the form of an essay, is an analysis of how to present gender and sexuality issues in the document of Sexual Orientation from the National School Program Parameters for the First Grades of Elementary School, herein understood as a politicalnormative document to guide the preparation and execution of the study program for Brazilian schools. Regarding this as an assistance to the understanding of the gender and sexuality policies connected with the identity, market, health and reproduction policies within the official documents that establish guidelines for the study program, the research has created a triadic relation: gender-sexuality-education, that has been sought to be unveiled from the Gender Oppression Theories references, by means of a documental research, in a contextual analysis. In its construction the research has gone through five stages: field limitation, object construction, theoretical preparation, documental analysis and text structuring, seeking to bring to reflection in its ways and meanders, fundamentally, the creation and contributions contextualized from the triadic relation built. The research brought to surface a political and school program situation of gender and sexuality plots, within actions that standardize of the human conduct patterns; making the researcher propose that it be taken as a collective objective to manifestation, resistance and opposition to standardization, as a way to exorcise the authority that seems to rule in the scope of the gender-sexuality-education triad. The actions previously mentioned can be accomplished by means of investigation, reflection, debate and construction of criticism, enabling the appearance of an academic sexual education in benefit of dignity, emancipation, and surpassing human achievement.
