Utilização dos fungos Beauveria bassiana e Metarhizium anisopliae para o controle de muscídeos em estabulos na Região de Blumenau-SC

Abstract (Summary)
The population increase, swell of the cities, deforestation the land opening new for the protein supplying the cities, and mainly the increase of production of organic substance among others factors, propitiate an environment favorable to theproliferation of muscídeos, which are vectors of innumerable illnesses, not only to the man, but also to the animals, provoking an indirect impact in the agricultural production. Insecticides beyond leaving residues in the environment many times provoke the resistance of many species of insects to its begin asset, considering these factors a safe and efficient form for the population control was looked of Stomoxys calcitrans and Musca domesticates through the biological control, with the use of entomopatogênicos fungos (Metharyzium aniseopliae e Bassiana Beauveria). The population of these insects was controlled for a period of 15months, together with the temperature and relative humidity, in such a way correlating these data, proving that the proliferation of these species and greater in periods with raised temperatures more, and diminishes with higher relativehumidity. In laboratory the muscideos for study had been created, as well as the fungos in plates of petry, only Metharyzium anisopliae one became viable the study, which was applied in commercial ration for equines, with an excellent esporulação, and contamination of 100% in the searched species. 122 flies, being 61 in the bird cage had been set free in the bird cages of which 20 were of the species Stomoxys calcitrans e 61 in bird cage B, of which 27 were of the speciesStomoxys calcitrans. Contamination was evidenced saw spraying to it of 96,72% with the solution of 53,6 X 10 5 esporos/ml, or more than esporos 50% that in the concentration standard. With the solution of 17,5 X 10 5 esporos/ml or 50% to less of esporos that in the concentration standard the contamination was of 90,16%.
