Exploração de modelagens matemáticas em determinações por espectrofotometria em fase sólida em sistemas de análise por injeção em fluxo.
Abstract (Summary)
Solid phase spectrophotometry (SPS) coupled with flow injection systems have been explored for determination of several chemical species at low concentration levels. In SPS analysis a solid support with an immobilized species is placed into a cell which is positioned at the optic path. Measurements are performed in situ, integrating immobilization, concentration and detection analytical steps. Some mathematical models were developed to be employed on flow injection systems coupled with solid phase spectrophotometry detection. On the other hand, certain inherent proprieties to FI-SPS systems still not explored to develop algorithms applied for chemical species determinations. In this work mathematical models were applied to determine chemical species and to evaluate the sample zone dispersion by FI-SPS system. This work was divided in three different stages: (1) evaluation and modelling of dispersion in FI-SPS system applying multicommutation concept (2) development of algorithms and analytical methodologies for zinc determination employing single standard solution (3) application of multivariate calibration models for determination of chemical species in FI-SPS systems. The developed analysis methodologies presented good precision and accuracy at 95% confidence level, besides low detection limits and determination.
