Scenariobaserad e-learning : utvärdering av e-learning som utbildningsverktyg
Abstract (Summary)
This paper is built on a study of how the users of an organization experience
education based on scenario videos in which the user can see how tasks are being
performed in a groupware. We have chosen to focus this paper on how the users
have experienced this mean of education. We have also interviewed support
personnel and developers of the groupware.
The result was that the users appreciate this way of learning, but they also think
that the material needs to be more developed. The users believe that using E-
learning could benefit a future use of the groupware.
Ideas of improvement are greater use of interactivity, more reality related and a
more thought through starting idea.
Theory related to the project is within the areas of education and IT.
Forms of education like this means using the concept E-learning and some Human
Computer Interaction as well.
A model from CSCL has also been used to make the films.
