Lyckat projektledarskap i praktiken inom systemutvecklingsprojekt.
Abstract (Summary)
Project management is a relative new form of task and it is not easy. All the
responsibility for the result of the project is depending on the project manager. In this
report I will give an account of the criteria of how the project manager´s leadership
within the area system development should act. I will investigate how the reality agrees
or differs against the theory in the area project management. This comparison is
possible as I will create a document of criterias from the theory. Then I will interview
different project managers at different companies. After the comparison I will make
conclusions about how a project manager should act to create a successful project
management. The interviewed project managers act in the following companies: ITstrategiska
Förvaltningen in Västra Götalandslän, GTS, Cap Gemini, Mandator, WMdata
and Enator.
