This study, entitled Journalism and Literature ? a possible relationship, startswith a theoretical investigation of literary narrative, of the production of feature articlesand of the elements these two genres have in common. Its objective is to analyze fourcover articles published in the weekly magazines Veja and IstoÉ, seeking to determinethe kind of influence journalism receives from literature, especially in what concerns thepoint of view, the conflict and the predominant the type of prose (expository,descriptive or narrative)
