Hur utvärderas e-learning?

Abstract (Summary)
E-learning is becoming more popular among organisations. More people discover the possibilities with e-learning, which gives the e-learning developers a unique chance to sell their products. This thesis investigates four corporations use of evaluation to get feedback in order to improve their e-learning. Better e- learning will improve the business benefit. Interviews were done on each of the four corporations to find out differences. In our study we discovered that evaluations can take place in a lot of different ways. Why a certain corporation evaluates in a special way and how to increase the business benefit is discussed. This is of crucial importance to improve the quality of e-learning. We have established that customers of e-learning influence how extensive evaluations a certain corporation do. We have developed a model that describes different steps in evaluating e- learning, and what significance those steps have on the business benefit.
