DO UNIVERSO DAS REDES ÀS REDES DE EDUCAÇÃO AMBIENTAL, POTENCIALIDADES E LIMITAÇÕES DA REDE SUL BRASILEIRA DE EDUCAÇÃO AMBIENTAL : REASul.
This research investigates the universe of the "networks" until arriving at the process of implantation and performance of the Brazilian South Net of Enviromental Education (REASul), in the period of 2002 the 2005, question it, since it considers forms of differentiated organization and interaction, based in the democracy, the cooperation between the participants and the emancipation of its participants. For in such a way, first, if it verified through documentary analysis the process of construction and development of the REASul. At as a moment, in order to complement and to extend these information one searched to analyze as it is the interaction of this together network to its integrant ones. The collection of data was made through interview carried through with a universe of 15 members of the network in the three states of the South region had been analyzed: the perceptions of the participants in relation to that they are networks of Enviromental Education; b) as the participants had established its first contact with the REASul and of that it forms they had been motivated to participate of this network; c) if the participants knew the objectives and the beddings that they direct the network, in order to inquire if they support it together a common intention and if its action is based in these principles; d) to identify to the virtues and the positive points of the REASul, as well as the negative adversities and points, with the possibility of suggestions for improvement of performance of the network; e) to evidence if these participants are satisfied with the way of performance of the related network. Beyond the theoretical references of the Enviromental Education, this study it mainly privileged the area of Social Sciences and Sciences of the Information, in that it says respect to the thematic "network" in which if it searched to carry through the revision of literature and analysis of the data, based on Ilse Scherer-Warren, Cássio Martinho, Viviane Amaral, Manuel Castells, Rose Marie Inojosa, Francisco Whitaker, Euclides Mance, Jéssica Lipnack & Jerley Stamps, among others. Through the carried through clipping, the present study if it considered to verify as the REASul acts, inquiring if a social network in the molds obtains to establish itself as where if it considers, identifying to its potentiality and adversities. The results had demonstrated how much still it has of if advancing inside of the Enviromental Education networks, besides presenting subsidies that can come to assist it walking of the REASul, in search of the improvement of its performance; searching a bigger approach with its members; taking in account the necessities and wills of the educators of the South region; thinking and carrying through a more consistent and transforming Enviromental Education; and heading for its real concretion.
