Byggnadsprogram : Färjestad Ridklubbs nya ponnystall

This report treats to produce a buildningprogramme containing of an activity description, an environmental programme, a quality policy, a location description, a premises- and technical programme, a cost calculation and a drawing proposal. The work has been made on commission of Färjestads Ridklubb and the project is a ponnystable. This report describes which methods that has been used to produce the different parts of the programme, and also a complete buildingprogramme. The owner had at the beginning of the project 1.2-1.4Mkr to invest in the stable. The owner also had a wish that the whole stable should be adepted to small children. A cooperation with the owner has been established during the whole process to keep updating the goals. Also fieldwork and requirement studies has been done. The result is a L-shaped stable with eight boxes and space for the double. Also there is an office, a changing room, WC, shower, sadle- and feedchamber, a washing room, a lavatory and a store. The final cost is estimated to be 1 340 000 SEK. ii Innehållsförteckning 1.
