Archival Considerations: A Practical Approach from a Small Business Perspective

Procedures were developed to create a digital archive for a moderate sized engineering firm. The two part process involved data recovery from past backup tapes and from various magnetic and optical media from earlier attempts of archiving digital information. It also involved creating procedures for preserving and archiving present and future information.
